Our office is open from 9am to 5pm (Monday-Friday).

Do you offer 24-hour access?

Currently our Gate Access Hours are 5am to 11pm (Sunday-Saturday).

We’re only 9 miles away, which means you can drive out here from Indianapolis and access your storage unit in less than 20 minutes.

What is drive-up access?

With drive-up access, you can park your vehicle in front of your unit. This allows for easy loading and unloading of your belongings.

How do I know what storage unit size I need?

Just try our storage calculator and use the menus to select your items. Once you’ve completed your choice, our calculator will automatically show you the right unit size for you.

How do I pay my bill?

As long as you have internet access, you can visit our website at beechgrovestore.com to make a payment online. Our office does not take any form of credit card information over the phone or email for our tenants safty. It is the tenants responsibility to update any billing information on their personal account in order to make a payment. 

How safe is your facility?

Our facility is fully fenced and gated, allowing access only to our customers and anyone else they personally choose. Plus, we’ve installed security cameras throughout the area to keep a close watch on everything that happens inside the property.

Does the manager live on-site?

No, our manager(s) do not live on site. Our office is located at 6910 N. Shadeland Avenue, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
